FAQ

***Are your lamps fragile?***
NO. These lamps are not fragile. Of course it's possible to damage them a bit, but you would have to put serious effort in to ruin them to the degree from which they couldn't be repaired. These lamps are kind of elastic – if you squeeze them, it's possible to straighten them back to previous form, so there's no need to worry about fragility.

***Do you combine postage?***
YES. I do it whenever I can, but that depends which lamps you choose. Therefore it's not possible to show combined shipping prices in listings. To know if combined shipping is possible (and how much exactly it is) for your desired lamps you have to contact me.

***Is it possible to order a second lamp?***
YES. It is possible (even three, four or more lamps) and I love doing custom orders, but please note that every lamp is handmade so there can be tiny differences between lamps, but nothing much. If lamps are created to match they will definitely look like a matching set!

***Wiring kits for hanging lamps for USA customers are not included with your lamps. I'd like to have your lamp, but I don't know where to get a wiring kit for it.***
You can get wiring kit for lamps in your local lighting or hardware store. Or you can order it on internet. If you contact me I can suggest you where to buy it online!

***What kind of bulb I need for these lamps?***
These lamps are designed to be used with CFL (Energy saving low heat) or LED light bulbs ONLY.

***Can I use your lamps outdoors?***
This depends from circumstances. You can use them outdoors, but for short time for example in garden party (dry weather only), but originally they're not designed to use outdoors for a long time.
